Astrology I Presented
by Laura Allmacher, CN
Astrology
has been used for thousands of years to study the relationship
between the positioning of celestial bodies and what
happens here on earth. The idea at the heart of astrology
is that the pattern of a person's life, character or
nature corresponds to the planetary pattern at the moment
of his birth. As such it can be a necessary link to
understanding ourselves and our clients better when
it comes to healing.
This
class will discuss the basics of Astrology: astrological
signs, reading a natal chart, understanding planetary
influences and much more. All participants will receive
their astrological natal birth chart.

Holistic Counseling There
is an idea held by many naturopathic doctors that the
most important modality that we have in our eclectic
repertory is Counseling. The Counseling dialogue provides
the foundation for doctor - client rapport and the basis
for all information conveyed to the practitioner for
understanding the root cause of the client's dis-ease/illness.
Some of the greatest healers are able to greatly help
their clients through this modality alone.
In
this class, Moshe Daniel, ND, HMC shares
the most effective counseling and psychotherapy techniques
he has developed over 11 years of practice. Synthesizing
a natural, gentle dialogue from different techniques,
including The Option Institute's Optiva Dialogue
Process, Core Belief therapy, Psychotherapy
class from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine,
and his own methods, Moshe Daniel will take a walk through
the most important elements of Holistic Counseling.

Minerals for the Genetic Code In
this class, Richard Olree, D.C. presents
his research regarding health at the level of the chromosome,
which can be adversely affected by heavy metals, chemicals,
poor nutrition, etc. affecting genes in such a way that
they are conveying misinformation. Dr. Olree will then
look at the connection between the physical, chemical,
and biological aspects of minerals and amino acids and their relation
to the genetic code.
The
information presented in this class is invaluable for
any health practitioner whose clients are work-ing through
states of health that are labeled as being a genetic
disorder.

The
Science of Lymphology Presented
by Janet Ott, Massage Therapist and Colon Hydrotherapist.
Introducing
the Science of Lymphology from Dr. C. Samuel West for clearing the lymphatic
system to allow injuries, wounds and breaks to heal
faster.
A
quote from Dr. West states, "[I]f
the lymphatic vessels in our body worked properly, the
lymph fluid that our cells live in would remain pure,
and the cells would be able to receive the minerals,
nutrients and oxygen that they need to be healthy. In
that condition, our bodies would remain free of pain,
loss of energy and disease as long as we live. There
would be no pre-mature death, and the body could heal
so fast that it is almost impossible to believe."
